This surf camp is the chance for your little ones to learn crucial life and ocean skills at an early age in a safe, fun environment with their peers, while mom & dad take a well deserved break! We will start with a warm up and review ocean safety, then break into groups and do 15 minute circuits on the beach and in the water, rotating the kids through the elements of beach camp., finishing with breakfast in the shade.
When the beach fun is done, the kids head up to Viu to fine tune their motor skills while they paint, dance and sing with each other. Our Montessori trained teachers lead the kids through a series of sensory activities that stimulate their minds, building social skills and immersing them in Spanish.
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks, agua de jamaica and water provided.
- Our team is trained in CPR & First Aid.
- One teacher for every 5 kids.
- 1:1 surf instruction.
- Dedicated lifeguard, life jackets & wetsuits provided.
- Transportation from Cerritos beach to Viu provided by West Side Surf School.

Gloria is originally from Sinaloa, where graduated in biotechnology engineering from ITSON. She is also certified in Montessori and Waldorf guidance and has a great interest in sensory methods for kids six and under. Gloria has always loved playing with children in a creative, sensory, autonomous and fun way. She has applied her knowledge for early childhood development through teaching and childcare for over a decade.

Andrea is originally from La Paz, where she graduated in Preschool Education at the Benemérita Escuela Normal Urbana. Andrea has always been passionate about teaching early childhood development. At this age, children can explore, learn and grow. Art is a great tool to encourage imagination and critical thinking. Andrea seeks to create a safe and stimulating space for her students.
